Communicating with her parents and all those who care for her to find out what she likes doing at home and implementing such activities in childcare to engage her to make as smooth as possible her changes of the centre/routine.

I would also required additional meeting with the parents and eventual service stuff if needed to discuss and create strong partnership between educators and families to plan/foster the best child’s outcome based to our behavior indicators record.

4List who you would consult and interpret the child’s behavior with both in the Childcare Centre and outside the Childcare Centre?

Please include the role of parents here. Within the centre, I would consult the colleague that closely works with Marta and the room leader to consider an appropriate behavior management plan. Furthermore, I would consult with her parents to identify the root problem and analyse her behavior at home (create trustful communication and partnership) .

On the other hand, as external support would be a Paediatric, department of education and children’s service or a counsellor as external additional support if need.
