HOMEWORK: Texas is ranked in the bottom 20% of States for education outcomes. The best performing States are also the highest funding their education systems. Yet, in local property taxation’s, K-12 school districts are the highest taxers statewide, far more than cities and counties. Should we do something about education revenues?
