There is specific information about the model provided by the link found in the Required Readings section of this syllabus. It is highly recommended that you keep a daily or weekly log of your activities and thoughts. Additionally, the paper requirements are as follows:
a.The introduction is a short paragraph that gives the context of the paper. Usually, it is best to write the introduction last since now you know what you wrote and it becomes easier to provide an overview. Make sure the final sentence of the introduction ends with a purpose statement.
b.What experiences were new or different for you? If roles and responsibilities changed during your practicum experience, then state the change and describe the different activity.
c.What is the purpose of the activity? Why is it important? To whom? How does it matter to the department or division or institution? What function does it serve? How critical is it to the operation? What are the expectations of others in the department or division or institution of the importance of the activity? Overall, how does it matter to the success or failure of the venture? It is advised that you have sub-sections, one for each role/responsibilitydepartment . This section of the paper is worth up to 20 points
