In this paper, Apollo 13 movie of 1995 is analyzed to: Demonstrate how organizational behavior concepts can lead to success or failure of a mission. In the analysis i have identified three organizational behavior elements that determine the success of a team or its failure being guided by the Apollo 13 project.
