o From the business problem, explain the research questions that require an exploratory qualitative inquiry.
o Address the purpose and intent of the business problem with each question.
3. Interview Guide: Create a preponderance of interview questions relevant to the research questions.
o Provide an interview guide of at least 10 questions to elicit data for answering the research questions.
o Craft interview questions that are sufficiently open-ended to permit the interviewee to provide rich answers.
4. Expert Review: Explain how to arrange an expert review of the interview guide, including a method for identifying and qualifying experts to serve on the review.
o Describe how you will set up an expert review of your interview guide.
o Explain the role of expert review in certifying the credibility and integrity of the work while mitigating participant risk.
5. Pilot Study: Explain how a pilot study ensures that the responses prompted by the interview guide adequately address the research questions.
o Describe a pilot study that you could use to test the interview guide before use with actual participants.
