Interviewing Homework
For this assignment, you will pretend that you have an upcoming interview for the job of your choice, working for the organization of your choice. You will then answer the below questions in attempt to prepare for your interview.

- If the interviewer were to ask, what do you feel are your biggest strengths? Look for ways to align your strengths with functions/requirements of the job you are applying for.
- If the interviewer were to ask, what do you feel are your biggest weaknesses? Look for ways to discuss weaknesses as opportunities for improvement/learning and/or include things you’ve already done to improve/learn.
- Discuss why you have chosen this particular organization/environment to work in.
- Research your chosen organization and include your findings here. DO NOT copy and paste content from the organization’s website. In your own words, what have you learned about this organization and how do you feel this organization will be a good match for you?
- Last, include at least 3 questions that you would ask your potential employer if you had this interview.
