Select each nutrient separately and show a different report for each nutrient. You may (but don’t have to) look at these reports if that helps you to get a better overall visual.
Examine the carbohydrate content from the reports. Compare your actual intake to the recommended intake. Compare your findings with the recommendations in your textbook. Note areas in which your carbohydrate consumption is adequate and deficient. Once you examine the reports, complete the Personal Diet Analysis: Carbohydrates Template.
In addition to submitting the Personal Diet Analysis: Carbohydrates Template, use the following bolded headings to guide your answers to the questions below:
1. Explain how the foods you consume are contributing positively or negatively to your diet and health, highlighting at least
2 specific examples. Demonstrate your understanding of the connection between your chosen food and resulting health consequences.
2. Discuss the likelihood and ease of actually making the suggested changes noted in the above table. Explain your answer. If you don’t need to make changes because you met the requirements, be sure you completely filled out the table above and discuss here what you are doing right to meet your nutritional needs.
