Evaluation Technique # 2 – 5
Each member of the group must submit one additional quiz that addresses the content from one unit.
1. List the unit name, unit objective and the enabling objectives that are part of the unit.
2. Assess all of the enabling objectives that are in the unit.
3. Include clear directions and proper grammatical writing.
4. Formatting is consistent through the entire quiz.
5. Includes sequenced test item numbers.
6. Include a separate key identifying the correct answers for all the test items. This includes specific words or criteria to be used to judge fill-in completion and essay items.
7. Include evaluation techniques that are consistent with the behavior in the objective.
