Student Team Case Facilitators Student teams may be assigned to lead the case discussion. As a team, these students should have discussed the case and should be thoroughly familiar with all of the facts in the case (both relevant and irrelevant). Further, as a team, these students should be prepared to:
Discuss the problem or opportunity definition and guide the class toward the problem definition. Identify the symptoms of the problem (if relevant)Identify and discuss all of the relevant facts.
Discuss how the relevant facts relate to or support decision making Identify and evaluate all alternative courses of action Assess and recommend a courses of action that addresses the problem or opportunity initially identified.
