Description
1000 word essay ANALYSING a situated learning experience which demonstrates anti-oppressive practice. In this essay, students must reflect on an experience of a group setting, in which to explore how to facilitate work with groups that are, inclusive, anti-oppressive and utilise informal education.
FURTHER GUIDANCE. Students must demonstrate a clear understanding of informal education ( in youth work for example)
Show understanding of how to create an inclusive group environment.( use Roger Harts ladder of participation theory)
Demonstrate anti oppressive practice.
Use a minimum of 4 References.
