-Aim: improve staff retention of the company
-Analyze and synthesize three articles (Articles 1, 2 and 3 as attached)
-The synthesis will involve coding qualitative data to identify patterns of words, phrases, and other textual information.
– Identify and discuss the emergent themes across the articles. The report will consist of three sections:
Section 1: your article analyses, in which you assess the absolute and relative quality of each article
Section 2: your synthesis of the three articles, in which you identify and extract themes from the
article/qualitative data set as a whole
Section 3: your conclusions based on what you learned from reviewing all three articles
