(a) You should choose a method discussed in the lesson and/or textbook to train the skill or knowledge chosen for Step 1 above.
(b) You must also explain why that method was chosen. What are the benefits of this method?
(c) Why would other methods be less efficient or effective for training the particular skill or knowledge you are dealing with?
3. Based on the discussion in your textbook, describe some things you might do to enhance the pre-training environment.
4. Name two to three things you’ll do to improve the transfer climate based on information in your lesson and textbook.
5. Finally, decide what steps you will take to evaluate your training program. The lesson and textbook discuss four types of criteria for assessing training. What type of evaluation will you implement to gather information about all four of these?
