This paper is different than the others in that the real focus is on your own unique ideas for solving/addressing the issue. When coming up with your ideas, consider a few things. Look at what others are doing, or have tried and you can model your idea after that. Look at other programs to figure out how much things might cost or how marketing is handled. When explaining your issues, each idea should be at least 1 page in length and include an explanation of the idea, how you would go about implementing it, how much it might cost, if it requires personnel to make it happen, how much would staffing that position cost. Will you need a physical location? If it isn’t an actual program but instead, to create a law, how will you advocate to senators? Will you find others who will rally behind your idea? How will you get the word out? A petition? A campaign of some sort? Some of your information will be projections of course but do your best to come up with a feasible idea.
