Submit a complete and revised draft of your final paper to your instructor by Day 7 of Week 5. Final drafts should include title page, abstract, body of paper in final draft form, and a reference page.
• Present a clear overview of three specific leadership theories or approaches. My theory is Skills Theory of Leadership. Include this as one of the 3 theories.
• Explain the foundational philosophical assumptions and principles of the selected leadership paradigms.
• Discuss briefly the limitations and strengths of each leadership theory or approach selected. Skills Theory is my chosen approach.
• Examine the rationale for why each leadership theory or approach is important to the study of leadership psychology and/or the field of organizational psychology.
• Discuss the relevance of one particular leadership theory or approach to you and your career path.
• Discuss the relevance of issues of diversity as they are related to the history of psychology of leadership.
