CHAPTER 1. Introduction
Simi Nwogugu, founder and CEO of 2Hats, a provider of coaching and related services for corporate women, has just returned home from a trip to Lagos, Nigeria. The trip was part of the many preparations she needs to make to get ready for her upcoming move to Lagos with her two young sons, to join her husband, Obi, as he pursues a career in private equity. She’s exhausted and feeling overwhelmed by all that is going on in her life.
