International Criminal Justice Project
Pick a country other than the United States to examine its criminal justice system.Use the HFC Library or Google Scholar to find journals or articles about that country’s criminal justice system. You should have at least 3-5 resources outside of your textbook. For this pape:
· Examine your selected country through a comparative lens, using what you have learned about the Criminal Justice System in the United States.
· Make sure you research each of the 3 components of that country and compare them to the functions of the components here in the U.S. criminal justice system.
· Also, remember that the U.S. criminal justice system operates under the Presumption of Innocence. Meaning that you are innocent until proven guilty.
· Included a comparative of the fundamental stance of that country’s view on offenders accused of committing crimes.
· Conclude with a comparative summary of your selected country & the U.S criminal justice systems.
