Create a problem statement and introduction to your chosen Public education program that you was conduct. A problem statement should clearly define the problem and convince with facts the reader of its importance to the degree that they are willing to spend money on the project. this will be the first part of your final project. This should be around 250 words to convince the reader of the problem and should have at least two citations of facts from different sources to help convince the reader of importance. Include a title page and reference page as we will continue to grow this grant project as we move forward.
