Questions to consider are outlined below:
Who is the company of interest? Provide a brief introduction of the company .
What is a potential aspect of the company that can be improved?
What are some realistically feasible potential strategies or changes the company can employ to address this issue?
What are the expected benefits of this change for the company? It’s employees?
You will be graded on the quality of your critique and integration of course concepts, particularly the feasibility of your recommendations. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your TA for additional guidance on potential companies to consider.
