According to Max Weber, Religion should eventually disappear, but to Emile Durkheim, Religion will always be a part of society. They make these statements but do not offer a counter-solution or answers to the issues that religion gladly offers. Sociologists need to step up to the plate and try to answer the questions that religion answers.
