We expect our people who work with sensitive matter to not divulge it, however some of that matter appeared to show misconduct.
Due to that, was Private Manning justified to leak it? We pride ourselves on freedom of speech, but the IC makes people sign documents that legally prevent divulging of information even if it were counter to policy.
