As with the previous MMs, your task is to critically reflect on the information provided and to submit a one page, single-spaced document detailing what you made of the issues, arguments and contentions in the lecture. You should also pay particular attention to why the US, unlike all other developed liberal democracies, allows so much social and economic insecurity among its citizens. In other words, why is the prevailing American social contract so much less generous than the others?
