Answer question number ‘6’ on the attachment but have also mentioned the question below. If there is another question that you feel like you are more confident in doing in ONLY SECTION B then please go ahead and do so but if the question I’ve given works no problem but if you feel like you’ll do better and write a better quality answer and get higher marks answering a different question in SECTION B only then please go ahead and do so, whatever leads to the the highest marks.

Article 101 TFEU prohibits anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices. Explain the legal definitions of these two anti-competitive practices, as elaborated by the Court of Justice, and discuss what problem the prohibition of concerted practices aims .
