What emerging trends are you referencing to? The problem statement and purpose of the research need to be really clear. Why did you say the paper will focus on two case studies, when in reality you can only choose one and you’ve chosen Etsy. The aim could be clearer and more specific. It should focus mainly on online buying behaviour. The introduction should also include the research objectives, following up from the research aim. You also need a research question. Which one is it? For the purpose of this research, you only have one client, in this case Etsy.
