This question is important because it will help you to establish a clear picture of your current skills, experiences, and areas for improvement as well. You will want to make sure to reflect upon recent course readings, discussions, and activities that have helped you to recognize your strengths, weaknesses, interests, and abilities.
Make sure that you delineate how the long-term objectives are reached by breaking them down into short-term goals of 1 month to 2 years per the IDP, and long-term goals from 2 to 7 years as shown in the IDP.
Describe your strategy for success by explaining the route you will take to move from point A , to point B , to point C , and all the way to point D .
