These learning outcomes must be addressed within these above points
1 – Critically discuss the role of the children’s nurse in leading and managing complex and/or long-term health conditions.
2 – Demonstrate effective and consistent communication and decision-making skills in the management of complex situations in collaboration with multi-agency professionals to co-ordinate care between services.
3 – Critically examine contemporary child health policy applied to children and young people’s nursing practice.
4 – Critically reflect upon the role of the children’s nurse in complex decision making.
