These are the revised guidelines for this assignment. Points will be awarded on the basis of these guidelines. Please pay attention to the criteria laid out below.
1) Is the topic important? Will it appeal to a large enough audience?
2) Does the author bring a fresh perspective to the topic? Is the paper novel or insightful?.
3) Is the information presented in the paper analyzed correctly? Is more than one side of the issue presented? Does the work deliver what it promises?
4) Do the figures, graphics, tables, and appendices add to the paper? Could some be omitted or condensed?
5) Main points: write three main take away points and/or results of the paper. Discuss the new things that you learned after reading the paper.
