Perception management: Perception management is how an individual behaves to protect their own identity and tries to shape another perception of who they are. What implications does this have on resolving conflict?
Meta messages are the underlying content of a message. We have examined them and the linguistic terms in the lecture. What implications do meta messages have on trust in a relationship? What are their implications during a conflict and resolution of that conflict? Provide examples and back them up with empirical evidence
We have discussed interests and goals and how they are not easily, nor clearly, identified at the beginning of a conflict. Does it really matter if the other party is upfront about their interests? Is this a trust issue? Does it depend on the conflict?
