The recent pandemic has had a major impact on businesses around the world. Explain in what ways the differing characteristics of workers have been affected by the pandemic and the implications this might have for their work and careers. What recommendations would you give to organizations on how they should respond to these issues to ensure they provide ongoing and future support for these worker.
