Leadership has many aspects to it. One of the most important aspects of leadership is applying the knowledge we learn about leadership in ways that have a positive impact on the world in which we, as leaders, live.

2. Address the following questions:
a. In your own words, what does each leadership practice mean to you? Identify each element and why it is important.
b. Describe one example of each leadership practice from your experience. The example may be from your personal life, or it can be business-related. Each example must include at least one of the respective commitments of leadership for each of the respective leadership practices. Each example must be at least one full paragraph.
3. Your two-page paper should show a high level of insightful and critical thinking.
4. Your paper should have a title page, body, and reference page. The cover and reference page will not count toward the length requirement.
5. Use proper spelling, grammar, and APA formatting and include citations from the reading above.
