2. Should the church be allowed to protest at funerals, expressing their first amendment rights or should they be banned from this type of activity?
3. How far should the 1st amendment protect us?
In the last several years, there has been several high profile legal cases, involving freedom of speech. One in particular has been the Westboro Church protesting military funerals, stating that soldiers were killed because the US supports gay marriage.
