1. You and your partner(s) must choose a topic from the list below; (Florida’s current social media law: Do employers have the right to your social media login?)
2. You and your partner(s) must each write a total of two pages in Word 2019 plus Word 2019 elements listed below in the “Formatting” list;
3. The name of the student author must appear at the beginning of each paragraph in brackets;
4. The writing can be based on Internet research;
5. A plagiarism report will be generated. The report will not include quotations and paraphrases if they include citations.
Formatting
(Refer to your help videos and text book for a reminder on the following formatting skills)
1. The names of partner(s) must appear in the header aligned left;
2. A bold title must appear at the top, center of the first page;
3. Centered page numbers must appear in the footer of every page;
4. 12pt font appears throughout the document;
5. Margins are 1.25 inches;
6. Each paragraph includes at least one single-spaced table, centered or aligned left;
7. Each paragraph includes a single-spaced list with at least two columns created with tabs;
8. Double line spacing appears throughout except in lists and tables, which are single spaced;
9. At least one image appears per paragraph with the text wrapped tight. (Find your image by going to advanced Google image search, scroll down, and filter for images free to share through “Creative Commons.” This will help you to avoid copyright violations);
10. A bibliography created with the Word 2019 “References” tool appears on a separate, final page
11. Citations within each paragraph are created using the Word 2019 “Citations” tool.
