I need help in identifying the contribution by doing a critical literature review and state a clear research problem.
The main gap must be not saying lack of study or there is a call … also most of the references must be from well-known journals in management and psychology within the last five years
Regarding the journal like these , Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management etc
– My research area in management ( work and organization) and psychology
-Use servant leader as a moderator and resource depletion as a mediator
– Consider building upon conservation of resources (COR) theory
