7. The authors include numerous citations in this article. What are the functions of these citations? Do they add credibility and authority to the authors’ argument?
8. How do the authors conclude their article? Do they reconfirm their main argument, indicate the significance or relevance of the research, suggest areas for future research, send a call for action, or provide a solution to the problem?
