Within this document, I will develop an effective leader’s theory. Elaborate on the role of leadership interviews and purpose. Outline the different levels of leadership and the types of interviews. Develop interview questions related to the leadership role.
Justification of leader rationale and purpose
Within my current organization, I will be interviewing two leaders from different entities. Interview purpose is I will elaborate on the same role held by leaders that have different management styles. One of the VP, she is strategic leadership that supports not only the organization but their employees too. Second leadership transformational leader that he liked to mentor and coach his employees. I’ve reported to both VPs and still currently report to one now, whom I have mentored and coach me. The organizations have had a tremendous amount of growth under my current VP.
Leadership level selected for the interviews
These leaders that I have selected are Being mastery, which they lead by presence and authenticity. Each leader believes that they lead by influencing employees through their presence. From reporting to both VPs, I uncovered that only one leads this way. Through influencing employees to grow to that next level within their career or skillset. My one boss mentors me through education from a finance perspective. Through working together, you and the leader can learn from each other’s presence and authenticity. VPs and directors should be able to trust each other actions. Leaders that are Being mastery, typically lead from the innermost self, this can be an unusual area for most individuals.
Interview protocol
During the interview schedule that I set up for VPs, I start with Sherrie (Strategic leader/Being Mastery) and later meet with Michael (Transformational leader/Being Mastery). Each of them has held the same role as Vice President of Revenue Cycle within Trident USA. Our organization provides portable imaging and lab to our clients throughout 43 states. The Revenue Cycle departments have 230 employees, counting the management team too. Overhead for this department can run between $20-35 million per year. This department is responsible for the accounts receivables collections for over $140 million yearly.
Interview schedule
In-person interview on September 26, 2019, with Michael in his office at 11 am in the Sparks location. The second interview will be conducted over the phone since Sherrie is no longer with the organization on September 25, 2019, at 7 pm.
Interview Questionnaire
