I need a five paragraph essay on the Trojan War as discussed in Edith Hamilton's Mythology: Timeless Tales of Gods and Heroes. Page citations are required. I was assigned the topic: How does Homer view the gods? Why include them in the story? I want the paper to be about how the gods are capricious, driven by self-interest. How humans are at the mercy of the gods' whims. About human efforts not really impacting outcomes because of the interference of the gods, and even the gods' efforts ultimately being ruled by fate. I need page citations. (I mentioned this before) I am attaching the worksheets the teacher provided to help with the writing of the essay so you can see what she's looking for. I am also attaching the grading rubric. I need the essay to look like a very intelligent high school sophomore wrote it. I need to be able to copy and paste it and potentially edit it.
