In particular,Patricia Hill Collins and Julian Go assert that the dominance of Euro-American male authors in the theoretical canon of sociology reflects a pattern of epistemic privilege and exclusion. Drawing from the relevant readings, explain how Collins and Go make this argument in their respective works. Then, choose one suggestion provided by one of these authors for how to make sociology more inclusive. Summarize this suggestion and explain what you find to be promising and/or problematic about it.
