Why did you choose it?I am interested to know why ex-offenders tend to re-offend after incarceration.I understand that the federal government has allocated funds for training and preparing in mates’ reentry into society as law-abiding citizens. However, I am particularly interested in knowing the contributory factors affecting recidivism among ex-inmates.

This topic is important because it will help to identify the recidivists greatest“criminogenic” needs, which may, in turn, help to improve prioritization of the resources that criminology professionals offer to ex-inmates who, it should be noted, remain vulnerable to recidivism.What kind of data will you need?
