Office Relocation Scope Statement We will assess our current needs as well as growth needs for the next three years. We will identify, select, lease, and create an office layout in a new building and move our company. We will seek to use as much existing infrastructure as possible.
Refer again to the project you selected in Module 1 for which you created a charter and stakeholder analysis.
Use this project and the examples for the office relocation project scenario to complete the following assignment.
Create a project scope statement. Follow the example given in the office relocation scenario. Create a WBS for your selected project using the office relocation WBS as a guide.
Use the template from the Office Relocation project. Submit each work product for grading.
