How the just and overall components of ISO9000 apply to an organization; how an organization documents certification and from whom. Does it matter if an organization states that they are certified-but the certifying organization is not industry recognized? Exactly how important is that document?
Does your organization have a quality management process in place to correct either process failures or product failures? If so, please share the process. If not, share opportunities for improvement, in detail. Is it ISO 9000/9001? Are these two systems compatible?
What advantages do you feel an organization has with a committed QMS in place over one that does not?
