This assignment is for my Criminal justice class for Juvenile Justice. The final paper pertains to examining treatment and punishment as it follows juveniles through the justice system. Focus on the concept of treatment and the topic of rehabilitation of youth offenders back into the general population. A thesis will need to be provided for the topic, and in summarizing the topic, my stance of treatment over punishment will need to be included. The MATERIALS file will consist of the login details for the textbook, which will need to be one of the references, and detail how the outline needs to look.

In your outline, include all major ideas your Final Paper will address, with two to three sentence explanations for each.
